Open Funding
Wakefield and District Safeguarding Adults Board Small Grants
Grants are available to fund the work of VCSE organisations who support seldom heard groups - underrepresented adults who are less likely to be heard by practitioners or decision makers at services, or face barriers to accessing support.

These grants are funded by The Wakefield and District Safeguarding Adults Board (WDSAB). WDSAB is a multiagency partnership responsible for ensuring that adults at risk of abuse and/or neglect are supported, listened to, engaged and empowered to live safe and well lives. One of the Board's priorities is to establish a grants scheme to support projects and organisations working with seldom heard groups, and funding is being channelled through the Gateway.
